Nice dude! It doesn't look 100% like Jessie if that's who you were going for, but it is super well executed. There's a lot of believable texture there and that is amazing because that's normally something really hard to accomplish.

Know what you mean bout the 100% thing but spending so many hours on it i couldnt bring myself to rip it up and start again lol just have to keep practising.
As a sidenote it was the first time using this technique to try accomplish photorealism.....ok it didnt work but il keep at it to try get more accomplished in the style.

Really good! Has a lifelike character about it. The textures are awesome as well. However, one of the ways that I feel it could be improved is in the brown thing (a hood?) that wraps around her face and into the background. It lacks shadow, and therefore appears to be floating and a bit disconnected from the rest of the composition.
